BlueSpot Solutions has added NLP (neuro linguistic programming) training to its portfolio. Keith’s achievement as an NLP Trainer fully supports the NLP Coach and Master Practitioner status already established within his personal portfolio. Two recent developments have further enhanced BlueSpot’s portfolio – Keith has achieved Apter International’s AMSP (Apter Motivational Style Profile) practitioner status. AMSP is a motivational psychometric instrument, which is based on reversal theory that identifies eight motivational states. In addition, Keith has achieved ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) – approved tutor status.
